F.A.Q.

  • What is Platty?

    Platty Service is build for customers who want a specific vehicule registration plate which is not available to them because it is already registered. Platty Service will check daily if the desired plate is free and notifies you.

  • What we are not trying to do

    We do not reserve the license plate when the plate is available (that is your job after we notified you).

    We do not build physical license plates.

    We do not like our cars, we love them.

  • How does Platty work?

    We visit the official Site guichet.lu every single day and check your license plate manually.

  • When did the License Plate Service start?

    Platty-Service was started in 2019 and is live since 2020.

  • I cannot find a Login

    Platty is still in Beta. There is no user account yet but we are working on it. Account changes can be requested via email.

  • How do I cancel my subscripton?

    You can cancel anytime but since you cannot login yet, you need to drop us a message to hello@platty.lu. For verification, you need to send us the plate you want to unsubscribe using the email account you signed up.

  • I like the idea but need a different Subscription

    We started with subscriptions for the usual driver but we know that you may need a different plan for your solution. We're sure we can work it out, please contact us at hello@platty.lu
